Job Description

  1. Oversee all aspects of Human Resources and guide the creation of in-house human resources systems.
  2. Craft and streamline employee onboarding process, recruiting, and training programs.
  3. Develop plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
  4. Supervise employee recognition programs and promote company culture.
  5. Guide the transition from outside HR vendors to internal HR systems and processes.
  6. Establish concretized internal HR handbook and company policies.
  7. Supervise development of employee payroll and benefits including 401K and health benefits.
  8. Deal with grievances and violations including disciplinary action when required.
  9. Manage HR systems and ensure that they work together cohesively.
  1. 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
  2. Prior experience as a Director of Human Resources, or Regional Human Resources manager desired.
  3. Experience in the healthcare field, particularly Senior Living desired.
  4. Experience with all aspects of Human Resources including but not limited to onboarding, recruiting, training, employee recognition, employee lifecycle management, compensation, and benefits.
  5. Experience creating and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
  6. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with employees of all levels.
  7. Knowledgeable about current HR practices and laws.
  8. Experience with developing and implementing HR handbooks and internal company policies.
  9. Deep experience with payroll and establishing benefits including 401K and health benefits.
  10. Mastery of HRIS systems and implementation desired.
  11. Experience creating systems and building out a department desired.
  12. Commitment to being a builder and overseeing transformational processes.
