JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Clinical Outreach Representatives goal is to identify, cultivate, and enhance the marketing reach, seek out and grow business opportunities across various geographic localities, and provide an initial contact point for potential admits that can then be transmitted to the admissions and clinical teams. Strategic relationship building amongst other healthcare providers is a cornerstone of the Clinical Outreach Representative’s function.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Clinical Outreach Representative will be responsible for all the following, and additional duties may be removed or assigned as needed. These include but are limited to:
- Procure vital information from potential client regarding their current situation and needs
- Assist in Developing and Executing all marketing strategies and materials
- Develop and nurture new and old business
- Assist in Training and development of new marketing staff
- Field inbound admissions calls from potential clients and other programs
- Engage other providers in the healthcare community to develop strategic relationships
- Update and manage CRM (Salesforce)
- Track and submit all expenses
- Track and calendar all tasks and events
- Organize, execute, and participate in events such as dinners, lunch and learns, conferences etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 21 years or older to apply for this position.
- Possess valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and the ability to be insured by our auto insurance policy which includes, but is not limited to, the following requirements: 4 continuous years of driving experience, 21 years of age or older, less than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 1 major violation in the last 3 years.
- 1+ years experience working in marketing, sales, and/or clinical outreach in the healthcare field.
- Preferred education: Associate’s Degree in Marketing or similar field. 5. 1+ years experience with CRM software (Salesforce).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to work on a computer/keyboard, use electronic systems, communicate with others through written and verbal formats, ability to sit for long periods of time, listening, reading comprehension, lifting up to 5 lbs.
- Knowledge of data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Ability to operate standard office machines and equipment, including telephones, computers, copy machines, fax machines, calculators, scanners, and shredders. 3. Ability to be professional and maintain a positive attitude and relationships with coworkers.
- Excel at both written and verbal communications to convey essential information;
must be able to utilize the proper linguistic syntax and spelling.
- Knowledge of clinical and medical terminology as it relates to the delivery of clinical care to the clients within our programs.
- Knowledge of the clinical, medical, and miscellaneous services provided to the clients.
- Ability to use computer software including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and G Suite products.
- Ability to communicate with people outside the organization, representing the organization to customers, the public, government, and other external sources.
COMPENSATION: $90,000 – $110,000, plus benefits.
