Smoothie Criminal, LA’s newest smoothie and lifestyle concept, is opening its doors with two prime locations: Beverly Grove and Echo Park. We’re kicking off this incredible journey and we’re on the hunt for a General Manager to join our team and lead us from the ground up!

About the Role: As our General Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our daily operations. You’ll organize, hire, lead, and inspire our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, making Smoothie Criminal the go-to spot for delicious, fresh smoothies, acai bowls, coffee/espresso beverages and wellness shots.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and Motivate: Inspire a high-performing team and cultivate a positive, inclusive work environment.

Drive Operations: Manage daily operations, both front and back-of-house, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Customer Experience: Foster strong relationships with our customers, leading with curiosity, and handle their feedback with care.

Compliance: Maintain high standards of safety and sanitation, ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Training: Empower new employees with the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.

Financial Oversight: Keep a close eye on budgets, operational costs, and financial reporting.

Staff Management: Hire, onboard, and schedule shifts for team members based on customer flow.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a manager or supervisor in a similar role (3 years+).

Strong leadership and motivational skills.

Financial management skills.

Full-time availability, including weekends and holidays.

Knowledge of both front-of-house and back-of-house service.

Previous hiring experience.

Experience with app delivery platforms.

Compensation:
$65,000 – $80,000 plus benefits
