Job Description: Madison Commercial Real Estate Services, one of the premier providers of specialty services for the USA commercial real estate market, seeks an ambitious Sales Manager to lead our Sales Team in our new CA market! The ideal candidate is detail oriented, possesses outstanding interpersonal skills, and has a strong drive to succeed. Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and referral sources to build new business.
  • Identify opportunities and influence key improvements in sales management practices.
  • Recruit, train, and develop Sales team members.
  • Manage Sales team and mentor them individually to meet strategic action plans, goals, and benchmarks including KPIs.
  • Give ongoing advice and support to help the sales team grow professionally.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly meetings with the Sales Representatives.
  • Communicate effectively with Company leadership to develop goals and strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales management experience.
  • Must have experience with CRM tools, Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred. 
  • Experience with managing a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated.

Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000, plus bonuses, as well as benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision.
