Job Title: Registered Nurse- Medical-Surgical/Telemetry

Job Type: Regular, Full-Time

Location: Lawton, OK

Schedule: Multiple positions available for Days (6:00 am-6:30 pm) and Nights (7:00 pm-7:00 am) 

Position Summary: The RN will join a 12-bed unit that functions as an overflow area. Staffing ratio is typically 1:4-5 based on acuity. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care across all age groups- from infants to geriatric patients- while maintaining professional nursing standards in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. This opportunity is at a 265-bed regional referral center and integrated delivery system providing medical services in virtually every specialty. Telemetry responsibilities include monitoring vital signs and physiological data for patients with conditions such as:

• Heart failure
• Diabetes
• Gastrointestinal disorders

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct patient assessments and formulate care plans
• Provide direct care and monitor telemetry equipment
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver patient-centered care
• Lead and support ancillary staff within the unit
• Ensure accurate documentation and uphold clinical safety standards

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the State of Oklahoma is required. 
• BLS certification required
• NIH Stroke Certification required (must have or be willing to obtain upon hire).
• Minimum of 6-months of nursing experience required. 
• BSN preferred

Salary Range: $30.00-$38/82/hour DOE
