Job Description
We are recruiting for a growing, entrepreneurial law firm in Boca Raton, Florida with a six-year track record and an affiliated title company that continues to expand rapidly. The firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to support ongoing growth and relieve litigation workload currently being turned away due to volume.
This is an opportunity for a motivated attorney to step into a high-autonomy role with leadership potential in a firm that values efficiency, volume-based practice, and business-minded legal professionals.
Practice Areas & Responsibilities:
The attorney will primarily handle real estate–related litigation, with additional transactional and estate planning exposure.
Primary focus (litigation):

- Collections matters
- Homeowners’ association matters
Secondary responsibilities (transactional & support):
- Residential and commercial real estate closings
- Title and transaction support
- Drafting and reviewing real estate contracts
- Basic estate planning (wills and trusts)
- Supporting probate matters related to estate planning work
This role is ideal for someone who can manage files independently, handle volume efficiently, and help take litigation matters off the Managing Attorney’s plate.
Experience Requirements:
- Florida Bar member in good standing
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate litigation and/or real estate law
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Foreclosure law
- Landlord-tenant law
- Contract disputes
- Ability to manage matters independently
- Comfortable working in a high-volume practice
- Prior experience with closings is a strong plus
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Independent and self-directed
- Business-minded and growth-oriented
- Comfortable handling litigation without heavy supervision
- Interested in helping grow a practice and potentially stepping into leadership
- Open to handling both litigation and transactional work
- Entrepreneurial mindset preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- Estimated salary range: $120,000 (flexible depending on experience and book of business)
- Candidates with a transferable book of business strongly preferred
- Bonus structure to be determined
- 401(k)
- Standard benefits package
Growth Opportunity:
This hire is part of a broader growth strategy for the firm. The right attorney will have the opportunity to:
- Help expand the litigation department
- Take ownership of matters
- Grow into a leadership role
- Potentially help scale the title and transactional side of the practice
