Primary Therapist, Outpatient

Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a Primary Therapist who is passionate about working with adolescents. The ideal candidate is flexible, dedicated, knows how to take initiative, maintains appropriate boundaries, and stays calm in stressful situations. This position provides you the opportunity to make significant impact in the lives of teens and their families. A considerable amount of training will be provided, and you will have the support of your team-members. 

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintain a reasonable caseload (including individual and family sessions)
• Complete all necessary documentation on time in EMR
• Facilitate weekly therapy groups, including DBT Groups. 
• Attend weekly Treatment Team meetings and present cases to clinical team
• Complete Biopsychosocial Assessments upon admission
• Coordinate after-care with parents and Discharge Coordinator

Requirements: 

• LMFT/LCSW/LPCC or associates ACSW/AMFT/APCC
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Exceptional clinical judgment 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging and dynamic environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation: $82,000-$87,000 for licensed therapists; $72,000-$77,000 for Associates DOE plus benefits
