The Personal Injury Associate Attorney  will play a vital role in overseeing the full lifecycle of personal injury cases- from initial filing to final verdict. This law firm specializes in serious and catastrophic injury matters, and attorneys are expected to deliver exceptional service while focusing exclusively on high-level legal work. They are supported by dedicated teams that handle administrative and non-legal tasks, allowing attorneys to do what only attorneys should do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Screen potential litigation clients and conduct in-depth interviews with clients and witnesses
  • Manage case files and oversee all aspects of litigation strategy
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
  • Negotiate with insurance companies to secure favorable outcomes
  • Prepare for and participate in mediations and settlement discussions
  • Conduct witness interviews and depositions, and prepare clients for their depositions
  • Provide legal counsel to clients throughout the litigation process
  • Assist with trial preparation and representation as needed
  • Collaborate closely with supervising attorneys to ensure seamless case management and results-driven litigation

Qualifications

  • 2 or more years personal injury experience (THIS IS REQUIRED).
  • JD from an ABA accredited law school.
  • Member of the Florida Bar.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and people skills.
  • Professionalism and prioritization of client customer service and representation.
  • Experience and knowledge on how to evaluate value of claims.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Compensation and Details

  • Salary: $95,000 – $150,000 (commensurate with experience).
