Mobile X-Ray Technologist

Job Description

Location and Schedule: Bakersfield, CA evening shift 

This role offers the unique opportunity to deliver critical diagnostic imaging services directly to patients in nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other mobile environments.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Perform and process digital (DR) or computed (CR) X-rays  
• Capture and transmit high-quality diagnostic images  
• Perform EKGs and transmit results (if applicable)  
• Operate and maintain mobile imaging equipment  
• Document scans and billing paperwork daily  
• Communicate with dispatch, peers, and clients  
• Maintain vehicle and equipment standards  

Requirements 

• ARRT Certification  
• California Radiologic Technologist License (no limited licenses)  
• Valid driver’s license  
• COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption  
• Ability to manage physical demands (50–100 lbs equipment)  

Compensation: $34-$39/hour DOE
