Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney

Job Description

Overview:  We are seeking an enthusiastic Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney licensed in California, with at least three (3) to five (5) years of defense experience (prior insurance defense experience is welcomed, but not required), to work in office or hybrid to support legal staff and counsel at our client’s Long Beach office. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and supervise research projects delegated to paralegals
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and reports

Qualifications:

• Eagerness to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment
• Excellent and persuasive verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Commitment to delivery of high-quality work product
• Proficient use of technology and automation resources, such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Prior insurance defense and/or personal/bodily injury litigation experience
• Licensed member of any state Bar in the United States

Compensation: $140,000-$175,000 DOE with comprehensive benefits package
