Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a particular emphasis on the healthcare industry. This role involves overseeing the bookkeeper and accounting team, managing financial reports, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Duties:
- Supervise the bookkeeper and accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of profit and loss reports, credit card reconciliations, and the payment of invoices and credit cards.
- Manage all tax documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze and report on payroll trends.
- Oversee financial reporting, including census reports.
- Manage and monitor financial data related to real estate investments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of accounting experience, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Previous experience in a Finance Manager role is desirable. Compensation: $100,000-$120,000 plus benefits
