We are working with an AM200 law firm seeking to hire a Corporate & Transactional Attorney for their Boca Raton, FL or Miami, FL offices.

Requirements

• Candidates should have 6+ years of experience.
• FL bar admission required.
• Strong academic credentials, excellent oral and written communication skills required.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus.

Compensation: $250,000-$400,000 DOE plus a comprehensive benefits program.
