Upscale membership-based concierge medical practice founded in Paradise Valley, Arizona. We have a 6,000 sq ft attached Wellness facility to enhance the member experience. members, referred to as members, receive direct access to a board certified physician 24 hours a day. We are currently looking at expanding our membership base by adding an additional physician that can grow their own panel and explore a partnership track.

This is a financially successful practice offering the highest levels of personalized care to members with dedicated support staff. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice “modern medicine, traditional care” and building lasting relationships with your member panel.

This physician will enjoy a higher quality of life including healthy compensation packages, limited member panel allowing longer encounters with each member, no insurance billing or insurance restrictions to practicing medicine. We are searching for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and dynamic physician to join our membership healthcare delivery model. We will consider Board Certified Family Medicine, Internal Medicine and Emergency Medicine Physicians, additional IFM or A4M certifications are welcome.

DUTIES, FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Performs physical examinations of new and existing members and determines imaging examinations and clinical laboratory tests required.
  2. Managing 100-150 members in the concierge program
  3. Interprets examination findings and test results, and implements treatment plans.
  4. Prepares and reviews case histories and obtains data through member interviews.
  5. Provides continuing, comprehensive health maintenance and medical care to each member, focusing on preventive medicine.
  6. Directs outmember and facilitates inmember care and services when necessary (hospital privileges are not required).
  7. Participates in surgical, obstetrical, gynecological, and critical care procedures according to training and demonstrated ability.
  8. Determines need for consultation and assists in medical care treatment provided at the direction of other specialists.
  9. Deliver exceptional high-quality care and remains accessible to members 24 hours a day when designated MD/DO on call.
  10. Supervise all hyperbaric sessions when scheduled and perform all hyperbaric physicals and screenings of new members. Training will be provided.
  11. In addition, you will complete additional training in Peptide management through an approved course. This will allow you to offer additional revenue streams of peptide consultations.
  12. Clinically evaluates 6+ office members per day, Main functions on site are defined as Monday- Thursday in office hours with some Friday and Saturdays for HBOT coverage. After hours call will be defined as covering the main contact cell phone after office work hours and on weekends to address member care and questions.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, AND CAPABILITIES:

  1. Knowledge of the principles and practice of preventive medicine.
  2. Knowledge of the state and federal laws pertaining to medicine.
  3. Knowledge of the structure and function of the medical practice.
  4. Capable of establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other employees, members and the general public.
  5. Must have an excellent personality, excellent communication skills (with members and their family), members feel cared for and responded to, excellent follow up skills
  6. Must be a problem solver and solution driven.
  7. Must maintain confidentiality of the high end membership, must be extremely responsive, be intellectually curious
  8. Must have concierge experience.

EDUCATION: Graduation from a college or university accredited by the American Medical Association with a Doctor of Medicine degree or accredited by the American Osteopathic Association with a Doctor or Osteopathy degree.

LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED: License to practice medicine in the State of Arizona plus current DEA registration.

Compensation: $300,000 $350,000 base plus bonus and benefits.
