What You’ll Do:

• Provide legal counsel to business clients across a variety of industries
• Handle commercial litigation matters in State and Federal courts
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, contracts, and more with precision
• Conduct in-depth legal research using tools like Westlaw
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to develop effective strategies
• Stay current on relevant legal developments and communicate updates to clients

What You Bring:

• 5+ years plus of experience in business law and commercial litigation
• A portable book of business preferred
• Admission to the Florida Bar
• Strong drafting, litigation, and research skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters with confidence and professionalism
• Exceptional client communication and courtroom skills
