Job Description
Overview: We are seeking a Washington-licensed Attorney with 3+ years of experience who wants to do high-level legal work, contribute to a forward-thinking firm, and grow as part of a team shaping the future of family law

Responsibilities:
- Manage a family law caseload through resolution
- Advise clients holistically on legal strategy with clarity, professionalism, and sound judgment
- Represent clients in court, mediations, and negotiations
- Collaborate with a team committed to delivering high-quality, client-centered outcomes
Qualifications:
- Active Washington State Bar license (required)
- 3+ years of family law attorney experience
- Experience or interest in litigation, mediation, or collaborative law
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills (writing sample required)
- Ability to manage a caseload and meet deadlines effectively
- Professional judgment, strong communication skills, and attention to detail
- Comfort working remotely with reliable internet and phone access
- Ability to attend in-person court, mediations and meetings as needed
- Familiarity with King, Snohomish, and Pierce County rules or ability to learn quickly
Compensation: $140,000-$220,000 DOE with bonus opportunities based on performance and a comprehensive benefits package.
