Job Description

The Portland office of our client seeks an associate with 2-5 years of traditional labor experience. The ideal candidate will have collective bargaining and contract administration experience, including grievance arbitration experience. Prior experience defending and prosecuting unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board is preferred. Candidates with some employment litigation will be considered.

We know what factors are needed to provide excellent client service to our internal and external clients. This means we are looking for attorneys with excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, commitment to and empathy for their fellow team members, and a relentless commitment to growth and client service.  Admission to the Oregon Bar and a JD from an ABA accredited law school is required.
