Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Address customer issues or concerns and ensure quick resolution.
- Provide product information, assist with order tracking, and manage customer expectations.
- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers at all stages of the order process.
- Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to process orders efficiently and accurately.
- Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, and sales-related documentation.
- Help manage customer projects, ensuring timelines and expectations are met.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as managing spreadsheets, organizing documents, and updating CRM systems.
- Order Processing:
- Input and process customer orders accurately into the system.
- Coordinate with warehouse or logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues.
- Ensure all order details are correctly documented and communicated to the appropriate teams.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Utilize Excel and other tools to maintain accurate records of customer orders and project statuses.
- Generate basic reports on customer orders, sales, and project progress as needed.
- Update customer information and sales data in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, basic formula usage, creating reports).
- Previous customer service or sales support experience is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Team player with a positive, customer-first attitude.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM systems or order management platforms.
- Familiarity with basic project management principles.

Compensation: $20-$22/hour plus benefits
