Operations Manager

Job Description

Schedule: Full-Time, rotating weekend on-call responsibilities.
Location: Lafayette/Walnut Creek Pod, CA

Duties:
1. Provide direct supervision to 25+ Residential Counselors, Overnights Counselors and a Chef
2. Collaborate with Director to interview, hire and train new staff and provide regular feedback to all direct reports

3. Model a positive, inclusive workplace environment and culture and ensure all company policies are followed consistently. 
4. Ensure facility compliance with accreditation and program standards, including CCLD, CARF, and Joint Commission requirements.
5. Oversee facility safety protocols and provide regular re-training in policies and procedures to staff
6. Assist with client supervision and counselor duties during critical staff shortages
7. Manage call outs and find coverage for staff to ensure clients are adequately supervised

Requirements: 
1. Must have 2+years of operations management experience including overseeing at minimum of 5 direct reports
2. Experience in health care preferred
3. Proficiency in computer software applications such as Excel, Google Drive, Microsoft Office 
4. Ability to remain calm and organized 
5. Bachelor’s Degree 
6. Comfortable being on-call for staffing and facility needs after hours and every other weekend

Compensation: $70,000-$75,000 plus benefits
