Job Description

Description: Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner/ PA who has experience in a high-end, private practice and functional medicine. You must be able to independently and effectively handle our protocols and manage clients in those protocols.

Location: Fully remote
Travel required 1 week/month to locations in Santa Monica, CA, Dallas, TX and Miami, FL

Schedule: Full-Time

Full time: Monday-Friday 8 AM-5 PM some after hours if needed. On call rotation, up to 1-2 weeks in office per month, paid travel expenses for remote offices

Duties:

  1. Interpret and report labs, imaging and referral consultations on behalf of the providers
  2. Take medical history and examine patients when necessary
  3. Handle acute issues and other needs: preop physicals, etc
  4. Order testing
  5. Collaborate with physicians to determine and administer treatment protocols including: Supplements, IV’s and oral medications
  6. Manage clients/client treatment plans: monitor progress, answer questions, follow up, address issues, etc.
  7. ​​​​Support providers in clinical/treatment research and other client care needs
  8. Perform various in clinic treatments: injections, IVs, etc
  9. Ability to treat provide in-home service to clients

Requirements:

  1. Active PA/Nurse Practitioner license
  2. 2+ years experience in direct patient care in primary care or family practice setting
  3. 5+ years consistent functional medicine experience and IFM certified preferred
  4. 5+ years experience with bioidentical HRT M/F, peptides, IV therapies
  5. Must be intellectually curious, be open to learning new things and always have an interest in learning and incorporating new information into practice
  6. Must pay attention to patient outcomes and incorporate adjustments to treatments based on these observations
  7. Must have excellent communication, ability to interpret/understand patient’s needs, strong follow up
  8. Ideal candidate: ambitious yet caring, values quality of patient service over quantity of patients
  9. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  10. Ability to build strong rapport
  11. Interest in continually learning new information
  12. Strong interest in finding solutions to problem
  13. Ability to respond quickly to clinical and client needs

Compensation: $65-$77 per hour plus excellent benefits.
