Job Description
Hybrid, 10% – 25% travel required.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of Human Resources and guide the creation of in-house human resources systems.
- Craft and streamline employee onboarding process, recruiting, and training programs.
- Develop plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
- Supervise employee recognition programs and promote company culture.
- Guide the transition from outside HR vendors to internal HR systems and processes.
- Establish concretized internal HR handbook and company policies.
- Supervise development of employee payroll and benefits including 401K and health benefits.
- Deal with grievances and violations including disciplinary action when required.
- Manage HR systems and ensure that they work together cohesively.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Prior experience as a Director of Human Resources, or Regional Human Resources manager desired.
- Experience in the healthcare field, particularly Senior Living desired.
- Experience with all aspects of Human Resources including but not limited to onboarding, recruiting, training, employee recognition, employee lifecycle management, compensation, and benefits.
- Experience creating and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with employees of all levels.
- Knowledgeable about current HR practices and laws.
- Experience with developing and implementing HR handbooks and internal company policies.
- Deep experience with payroll and establishing benefits including 401K and health benefits.
- Mastery of HRIS systems and implementation desired.
- Experience creating systems and building out a department desired.
- Commitment to being a builder and overseeing transformational processes.
Compensation: $150,000-$200,000 plus benefits.
