Senior Account Executive:

Position Summary
We are seeking a high performing and results driven Senior Account Executive to join us in expanding our Salesforce Implementation and Integration Services practice in the US region. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and expanding our presence in the market for Salesforce professional services.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Utilize various strategies to generate leads and secure new business such as conducting thorough market research, networking, meetings, referrals, and attending industry conferences to increase company visibility and business opportunities.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share for abra’s offerings in the Salesforce domain.
  • Sell the company as a preferred business partner to prospective client companies for all their Salesforce integration needs.
  • Complete all aspects of the sales cycle, using a consultative approach, including prospecting/cold calls, presentations/meetings, contract negotiation, and relationship development.
  • Understand client needs and recommend appropriate Salesforce solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Uncover immediate needs to target market through leads and follow ups, executing internal and external initiatives to drive profitable growth.
  • Work closely with our Salesforce Admins and Project Managers to tailor proposals that showcase the company IT’s value proposition

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4-7 years of sales experience in the IT services industry, with a focus on Salesforce professional services selling.
  • Deep experience and contacts in the CRM and ERP services space; Salesforce Proserv selling experience a must.
  • Proven experience in sales within the Salesforce ecosystem or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of professional services lifecycle, including needs assessment, deployment, monitoring, and quality delivery.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  • Salesforce Admin or Project Management certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to leverage Salesforce experience to drive sales success.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to assess and resolve difficult business situations
  • A problem solver – analyzing and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
  • A self-starter with a driving personality and willingness to take on responsibilities in a proactive manner.

  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission structure
  • $120-$140k base, $200-$250k OTE

*The base salary rate will be commensurate with experience level and past success. A competitive commission structure based on weekly spread is also provided.
