Job Opening: Office Administrator

 Location: Pico Rivera and moving to Riverside, CA in March 2024.

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm or 9:00 am – 5:00 pm


  1. Provide general support for visitors
  2. Monitor phones and sort through mail for processing
  3. Manage the supplies ordering process for the office and warehouse.
  4. Maintain procedures for proper warehouse equipment maintenance/service
  5. Invoice all orders that ship from various warehouses.
  6. Send out all invoices to customers from their sales orders/ purchase orders to ensure payment. Including portal invoicing, EDI invoicing, etc.
  7. Maintain and onboard trading partners to EDI portals to ensure the streamlining of receiving PO’s, invoices, and receiving payments.
  8. Work with overseas office to ensure delivery of samples and warranty products to/from our suppliers
  9. Assist in on boarding warehouse staff and other human resources tasks
  10. Other Admin projects as needed.


  1. 1+ year of office experience.
  2. Proficient in all computer applications MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, Google Drive, and Outlook
  3. Very organized, self-starter, detail oriented.
  4. Excellent follow-up and follow-through.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Able to multitask different responsibilities without losing attention to detail.

Compensation: $24-$27 per hour plus benefits.
