Summary: We are seeking a high-performing and results driven Sales Director/Manager to join us in expanding our partnerships with our healthcare and education clients. Our proven recruiting model is ready to scale and impact multiple industry verticals. We need the right leader to own and develop our strategy and reap the rewards of exponential growth.  This role is intended to be our first Sales hire, who can recruit, develop and grow a nationwide team.  If you are looking for a chance to make your mark and run your own show, this is the opportunity for you.
This position is fully remote, with 10-20% travel a possibility.

1. Utilize various strategies to generate leads and secure new business such as conducting thorough market research, networking, meetings, referrals, and attending industry conferences to increase company visibility and business opportunities.
2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share California Job Shop’s services.
3. Sell California Job Shop as a preferred business partner to prospective client companies for all of their clinical, nursing, education, and leadership talent needs.
4. Complete all aspects of the sales cycle, using a consultative approach, including prospecting/cold calls, presentations/meetings, contract negotiation, and relationship development.
5. Conduct client needs assessments and solution presentations to articulate the value proposition of our talent service partnerships.
6. Uncover immediate needs to target market through leads and follow ups, executing internal and external initiatives to drive profitable growth.
7. Monitor and stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
8. As market share expands, hire and develop a team of sales professionals to further expand California Job Shop’s industry impact.

Education & Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree, Business or Sciences preferred.  MBA a plus.
2. 3+ years of leadership experience in the staffing or technology sales space. High potential emerging leaders will also be considered.
3. 7+ years of staffing sales experience in the technology, financial services, or healthcare industries, with a focus on talent solutions selling.
4. Deep experience and contacts in mental health, healthcare and nursing verticals preferred.
5. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market environment.
6. Strong understanding of talent and staffing services lifecycle, including needs assessment, deployment, monitoring, and quality delivery.
7. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
8. Proven team builder and team player who can focus and continuously reinforce efforts to meet goals.
9. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to assess and resolve difficult business situations
10. A problem solver – analyzing and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level.
11. A self-starter with a driving personality and willingness to take on responsibilities in a proactive manner.
