Location: Remote

Duties:
1.  Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
2.  Manage all aspects of digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, PPC, Salesforce, and/or Call tracking metrics.
3.  Utilize analytics tools to track performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
4.  Create and curate compelling content for social media platforms, website, and email marketing.
5.  Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
6.  Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with organizational goals.
7.  Oversee website management tasks, including WordPress administration and content updates.
8.  Consult regularly with owners to ensure company message is expressed and emphasized.

Requirements:
1. 2+ years of experience in marketing for Healthcare, Behavioral Health, and/or Mental Health (desired)
2.  Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Google Ads and PPC
3.  Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making
4.  Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
5.  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Compensation:  $130,000-$140,000 plus benefits
