Primary Therapist for Adolescent Treatment Center

Job Description

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, 1 day a week can be remote after 90 days.

Job Description:  The primary therapist will provide individual, family and group therapy at an upscale treatment center for teens with dual diagnosis.

Duties:
Provide therapy for individuals, groups and families at a residential treatment center for teenagers.

Requirements:

1.  Completion of a Master’s degree in family therapy, counseling, or social with a BBS number valid for California.
2.  Residential Treatment Center experience (or IOP/PHP experience).
3.  LMFT OR LPCC OR LCSW, or Associate Therapist with 1,500 + hours complete or at least 1 year of work experience post masters.
4.  Experience working with adolescents.

Compensation: $87,000-$92,000 (unlicensed), $97,000-$102,000 (licensed) plus benefits and supervision.
