Job Description
Location: Danville
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, 1 day a week can be remote after 90 days.
Must be able to do on-call on the weekends as part of a rotation every third week.
Job Description: The primary therapist will provide individual, family and group therapy for a caseload of 3 adolescents in an in patient, 3 bed, upscale treatment center for teens with dual diagnosis.
Duties:
Provide therapy for individuals, groups and families at a three bed residential treatment center for teenagers.
Requirements:
- Completion of a Master’s degree in family therapy, counseling, or social with a BBS number valid for California.
- Residential Treatment Center experience (or IOP/PHP experience) preferred but not required.
- LMFT OR LPCC OR LCSW, or Associate Therapist with 1,500 + hours complete or at least 1 year of work experience post masters.
- Experience working with adolescents.
- Must be willing to be on-call (this does NOT mean coming into the facility, just be available once every three weeks from Monday – Sunday to take calls and answer text messages after hours, during the middle of the night, and on weekends).
Compensation: $87,000-$92,000 (unlicensed), $97,000-$102,000 (licensed) plus benefits and supervision.
